Health and Well-Being
Fundación SoyDoy
Soydoy is a Colombian social organization that drives well-being and sustainable development by using nutrition as a catalyst for prevention and social mobility. Our mission is to build capacity within communities and organizations so they can create healthier, more sustainable, and accessible food environments, ultimately improving physical and mental health, productivity, and life opportunities.
Our differential approach combines three key elements:
1. Practical Education and Habit Change: Grounded in behavioral science and simple methodologies adapted to the local culture, beliefs, and resources of each population.
2. Territorial and Cross-Sectoral Engagement: Connecting schools, social organizations, local governments, businesses, and community actors to generate systemic and sustainable change.3. Economic Capacity Building: Strengthening micro and nano-enterprises, smart purchasing, and financial strategies for nutrition to make healthy eating achievable in daily life.
We do not offer a standardized approach to nutrition: we accompany individuals in making better decisions within their own realities without relying on permanent aid. With over 18 years of experience, we have implemented interventions across 15 regions in Colombia, impacting more than 97,000 people through scalable models and rigorous impact measurement.
We drive systemic change through nutrition: building capacity and empowering communities to foster well-being and sustainable economic development.
