Semillas de Cambio – Chocó (Seeds of Change-Chocó) is a community-based initiative working with Afro-Colombian and Indigenous youth in one of the country’s most vulnerable regions, marked by violence, forced recruitment, and limited opportunities. Through quality education (math, reading, and English), emotional support, and training in leadership and citizenship, the program offers these young people a path filled with purpose and hope. Today, with three active cohorts and 60 participants, Semillas de Cambio continues to transform lives and strengthen communities.
