Fundación Fiambre is a non-profit organization that works to improve the living conditions of vulnerable children and young people. We believe that nutritious, balanced meals are essential for them to grow up healthy, learn more easily, and develop fully—both physically and emotionally.

Our work goes beyond serving a plate of food. At Fiambre, we create an environment of respect, warmth, and support, where every child feels valued and welcomed. We manage financial resources and in-kind donations ethically and responsibly, and we work hand in hand with other institutions and with civil society to ensure the long-term sustainability of our nutrition programs.

Thanks to this ongoing effort, we have seen how nutrition positively impacts children’s lives: it improves their quality of life, strengthens their academic performance, supports their social behavior, and contributes to more harmonious family life.

Today, Fundación Fiambre provides daily lunches, 20 days a month, to more than 270 children and young people between the ages of 5 and 18, and also supports 50 older adults who are part of our program—reaffirming our commitment to the well-being of those who need it most.
