What we do
Storytelling is proven to be a powerful tool that enables creativity and imagination to become a resource that strengthens education, especially if it is implemented at an early age. However, Colombia’s illiteracy rate sums up to one million people, where the rural population has the highest percentage.
In order to continue fulfilling our mission to support Colombian education, we launched our first 2021 initiative #Caring4Stories. This fundraising campaign seeks to promote Spanish literacy programs, fostering a stronger education through creative development and communication tools. Our partners Fundación Latir, Corporación Educativa y Cultural Motete and Ratón de Biblioteca will help us to develop these programs across Colombia.
We aim to guarantee these programs' continuity to positively impact the communities supported by our partners in the departments of Chocó, Antioquia, and Cundinamarca.
